Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please read very carefully the following terms and conditions of the 'sales agreement'.

The Client accepts the following sales agreement and accepts the terms and conditions, unless previously undertaken other agreements with Paser. In such a case, the agreement previously reached will be valid.

Important information on this legal contract.
The following sales agreement construes a legal contract between the Client and Paser. The Client automatically accepts such sales agreement effecting a purchase order or buying in another way goods through this Site.A Client is referred to as “You” whilst “Paser” refers to Paser Srl and its associates. The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to changes without warning; however the terms and conditions which must be considered valid will be those stated at the moment in which the Client affects an order.

Valid Law.
This agreement and every type of sale undertaken will be subject to the italian law, even in the case of legal conflictions. The Client will therefore be considered under the italian giurisdiction.

Method of Payment.
At the present time, there are two types of payment accepted:

Bank Transfer
Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)

Right of property; risk of loss
The goods travel at risk and danger of the purchaser consequently in the case of damage or loss during the transport, Paser refuses any responsability.

Clause of general exemption.
Paser is exempted and refuses any type of responsibility which is expressed, including, without limits, any guarantee of the reselling of the product. This exemption on the part of Paser doesn’t in any way cause a loss on the purchaser’s eventual guarantee given by the manufacturers when existing.

Exemption Clause for Internet.
The connection to Internet requests an access through an Internet provider. Contact your own local provider for tariffs, terms and conditions.

Prices and exemption clause on the information contained in the site.
All the prices are subject to modifications. Regarding all the prices, for products and offers, Paser reserves the right to effect modifications on the base of the unstable market conditions, the discontinuance of availability of the products, changes in prices imposed by manufacturers, errors in advertisement and other extenuating circumstances.

Even though Paser undertakes efforts to maintain the information contained on the site up-to-date, no guarantee is given on the correctness of the site. Paser refuses therefore every responsibility regarding any mistakes or omission in the contents of the site.

Transport of Goods
The cost of transport for orders can vary. Please consult the page 'Shipping & Delivery' for information on prices.

International Shipping
The shipping abroad can be subject to import charges and taxes (various expenses) which must be charged to the receiver. In the case goods of an order not being accepted for delivery at the time stipulated, no refund will be made.

Return of the Goods.

The Client can make use of RIGHTS OF RENOUNCEMENT OR WITHDRAWAL. Sending a registered letter within 10 working days from the good reception, with the possibility of obtaining the money back or the choice of another product.
The products returned MUST be 100% complete, contain ALL the boxes and original packing contents and all the accessories and documentation supplied by the manufacturer.
The delivery charges of the returned goods are at the purchaser’s charge, the parcel must be correctly packed and sent back by insured registered post.
Paser advises you to insure the goods you decide to return against loss or damage and to use for your security, a courier who will guanrantee a receipt of delivery.
In the case of the goods being FAULTY, they can be returned to Paser within 10 days from the date indicated on the sales document (fiscal receipt or invoice). After a control undertaken by our technicians, Paser will carry out the substitution of the goods only if malfunction hasn’t been met with which was caused by wrong installation or mishandling.

Credit Card.
The debit on the credit card begins at the moment of acception of the order of the goods purchased. Paser doesn’t impose any extra charges for payment done by credit card.

Goods purchased by credit card can't be cancelled in anyway except in exceptional cases (technical problems). In case of return, Paser reserves the right to choose the method of reimbursement.
